Now hiring a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative

Work from home – $16/hr
Remote Medical CSR’s are the first point of contact for our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client
Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive customer service experience. No selling, or collections!
- Receiving inbound calls from patients. Some outbound calls may be required, depending on the department.
- Collecting critical patient demographic data and information. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Work with insurance carriers to ensure medication coverage on behalf of the patient while operating according to Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 7am – 8pm CST
Must have 1 year of recent call center experience. No exceptions!
- Medical call center experience is a plus!
- Must have reliable high speed internet connection and ability to work from home.
- Great attitude and willingness to help others.
- Must live in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky
- Education Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
