Title: Payment Service Representative
Pay: $16.50 or $17.50 (Bilingual Spanish & English)
Hours: Monday – Sunday Shift will be 8am – 11pm (Assigned upon onboarding must be flexible)
**Note Schedules are on a rotating 40 hours a week schedule WILL change each week**
Time: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities
- You’ll be using the knowledge that you bring to the role by helping others with Account and payment inquiries
- The candidate will provide excellent customer service with a inbound call model
- The candidate will need to be a team player
- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs
- 100+ Calls each day to meet set goal
- Previous work from home experience assisting members
Qualifications
- Previous banking or payment experience
- HSA Service experience is a plus
- Must be able to complete and pass basic computer assessments
- Minimum 1 year remote
- 1+ year of Customer Service within a call center environment
- No Time off First 60 Days
- >15 mbps Internet Speed
- Patient and reliable
- Available for a second interview if selected
- Must be able to work rotating schedules - Please do not apply if you are unable to work rotating schedules and do not have open availability
