RemX is seeking Remote Seasonal Licensed Medicare CSRs for our client. This is a Direct Hire position, and all equipment will be mailed out.
- Title: Remote Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent
- Start Date: 9/04/2024
- Training: 2-4 weeks; Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm CST/EST
- Hours After Training: 6am-2am (Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift within this range)
- Non-Bilingual Pay: $21 an hour
- Bilingual Pay: $24 an hour (Must speak fluent English & Spanish & comfortable with the translation of health care coverage, NOT conversational)
Important Info:
- NO cold calls
- Calls are 80% inbound of re-enrollments or people aging into the program
- Calls are 30% outbound based on people expressing interest
- Health Insurance license must be in good standing; required/verified
- High speed internet & a quiet place to work
- Must reside in the state you are licensed
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service with a mostly inbound call model.
- Be a team player.
- Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
- Outbound calls to provide follow up when needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner.
- Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services.
Qualifications:
- Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
- High speed internet access (>15 mbps)
- Minimum six (6) months Healthcare sales experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (Just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer savvy
