Title: Medicare Customer Service Representative- with an active health insurance license
Location: Fully Remote- Equipment provided
Hours: Must be open to work between the hours of 6am-2am Monday – Sunday. 40 Hours a week
Pay: This is a salaried position is NOT commission based- $21/hr or Bilingual spanish $24/hr
Position Overview: In this role you will be responsible for educating and selling medicare to anyone that calls in. You will need to assist the customer in understanding the coverage they are wanting and selecting the right products! We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills.
You must have an active Health insurance license in the state you reside!
Requirements:
– 6 months sales experience minimum
– High speed internet access
– High school diploma or equivalent
