– $16/HR. WEEKLY PAY + BENEFITS
– REMOTE, WORK FROM HOME!!
– MONDAY THRU FRIDAY WITH AN OCCASIOAL SATURDAY, BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8 HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8 AM – 8 PM CST
Must live in Irving TX or Surrounding areas to pick up equipment.
Job responsibilities may include…

- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

- At least 12 months of recent call center experience.
- High speed internet and the ability to work from home.
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the customer.
- Must live in Irving, TX or Surrounding areas to pick up equipment
