Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client is looking for experienced, empathetic, and hard-working professionals for a Medical Customer Service Agent to join their REMOTE TEAM!

Position: Customer Service Agent
Pay: $16/hr. with WEEKLY PAY plus Benefits
Schedule: MON-FRI – 5am-6pm MST/PST, 7am-7pm CST, 8am-8pm EST . (8hr shift will be assigned by client between these hours)
Start Date: September 3rd, 2024
Location: Remote in or near Dallas, Texas
Job Details:
- Answer inbound calls with occasional outbound calls.
- Will be first point-of-contact for patients, dr. offices and pharmacies.
- Provide great customer service and empathy to all patients.
- Use computer knowledge and skills for data entry.
- Gather and review patient medical and billing accounts and information.
- Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
- All equipment provided!
- Temp-To-Hire based on performance and attendance**
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of recent call center experience is required. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have active internet service and the ability to work from home in quiet space.
- Must have the ability to multi-task while using dual monitors.
- Must have great work ethic AND attitude with willingness to assist others.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent is required.
- Must commit to no additional time off for first 90 days of employment. (After 90 days will be evaluated on performance AND attendance).
- All applicants must live in Dallas or surrounding areas to be considered for this role.
- Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving before start date.
