Position: Medical Customer Service Agent
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7am-8pm CST. M-F. (8hr Shift between these hours)
Start Date: TBD
Benefits: WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED, MEDICAL BENEFITS & ABILITY TO WORK FROM HOME
Job Details:
- NO SELLING OR COLLECTIONS!!!!
- Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
- Provide good customer service and empathy.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP WORK EQUIPMENT IN IRVING.
