As our Senior Manager of Benefits Administration, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and managing our comprehensive benefits strategy. Your mission? To design and implement benefits programs that not only attract and retain top talent but also inspire and motivate our team. Collaborate with senior leaders, HR professionals, and external partners to align our benefits offerings with our company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Design & Implement: Lead the creation and management of diverse benefits programs, from health and wellness to retirement plans, leave of absence, recognition, and employee programs.
- Evaluate & Innovate: Assess and recommend enhancements to our benefits programs, keeping them competitive and aligned with market trends and business objectives.
- Compliance Guru: Ensure all benefits programs meet federal, state, and local regulations.
- Communication Champion: Clearly convey benefits information to employees and management, ensuring everyone is well-informed and engaged.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with benefits providers to secure exceptional service and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of benefits professionals, ensuring seamless delivery and execution of benefits programs.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits design, administration, and analysis.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, market trends, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing a team and developing innovative compensation and benefits programs.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS systems and compensation software.
