Work from home with equipment provided
Pay: $16/hr. weekly pay plus benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri – Work any 8-hour shift between 7am – 8pm CST, 8am – 9pm EST
Remote Medical CSR’s are the first point of contact for our amazing patients.

Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls from patients, providers, etc.
- Data entry with high level of accuracy
- May perform some outbound calls assisting with patient information.
- Work with insurance carriers to ensure medication coverage on behalf of the patient while operating according to Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
- Collecting critical patient demographic data and information. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Required Experience: Must have 1 year of recent call center experience. No exceptions!
- MUST BE LOCAL TO THE DFW AREA
- Provide a positive customer service experience. No selling, or collections!
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable high speed internet connection and ability to work from home.
- Must live in Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, Kentucky, or Florida to be considered
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
