The Sales & Support Specialist is a key player on our Marketplace Operations team at ATI and a significant contributor to our success as a service organization. The Sales & Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our members while providing them with the highest level of service. This is a highly visible role both internally and externally, and requires not only someone with fantastic customer service skills, but also the ability to handle client escalations and manage both projects and people in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment. A background working with franchise or business owners/managers and experience supporting technology systems is preferred. Fantastic communication skills, a great attitude, and a team-focused mentality are critical attributes for success in this role!
The Sales & Support Specialist will conduct inbound and outbound calls to existing business clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates or insights on products, services, and promotions while addressing any inquiries, concerns, or feedback to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster
- Place orders for members and clients
- Manage order fulfillment with vendors and distributors
- Analyze purchasing trends and proactively assist members with their purchasing requirements
- Facilitate relationships between our customers, vendors, and distributors
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure franchisee needs are met by researching and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively provide the customer with process-improvement opportunities and training on best practices.
- Manage multiple high-level project deadlines while maintaining day-to-day customer service activities

To qualify for this role you must have the following experience …
- Experience in a service-oriented professional environment
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Undergraduate in supply chain management, communications or business-related degree
- Experience working in a team environment
- Significant experience working in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

$38,300.00 - $86,100.00
Compensation Frequency:
AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
