Description
In this role you will be an Independent 1099 Contractor who provides customer service to customers.
Demonstrate stellar customer service skills by handling inbound and outbound calls helping customers with a variety of account servicing issues and properly documenting each account with notes about the call.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ yearsĀ
- HS Diploma/GEDĀ
- US Citizen/GC Holders
- Complete & Pass Background Screening through 3rd Partu Screening ServiceĀ
Minimum Technical Requirements:
- Laptop/Computer with Windows 10, or higher [MAC OS not compatible]
- High Speed Internet Service
- Landline, or digital phone line [contact cable or internet provider]
- USB headsetĀ
