A company is looking for a Contact Center Operations Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Date, stamp, sort, and distribute departmental mail promptly
- Scan and document incoming correspondence into the internal data management system
- Log daily activities on tracking spreadsheets and perform additional assigned duties
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Experience with email, faxing, scanning, and data entry
- Experience filling out forms created using Microsoft Word
- Preferred: Some college or technical training, corporate email experience, and data entry using Microsoft Excel
