Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Customer Service Agents to accompany their REMOTE TEAM!
Position: Medical Customer Service Agent
Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits  Â
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)
Equipment ProvidedÂ
Start Date: End of July, August, & September 2024
Job Details:
- Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
- Provide good customer service and empathy.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements:Â
Must have at least 1 year of Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent.
- Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
