Responsibilities
As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for:
- Domain Expertise: Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends and become a trusted advisor in your assigned verticals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term revenue strategies for managed services, digital solutions, and professional services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with prospective clients, promoting our innovative telehealth products and services.
- Solution Conceptualization: Create customized solutions that meet client objectives and differentiate Carenet in the market.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers.
- RFP Leadership: Lead the development of RFP responses, crafting tailored content for new clients.
- Contract Negotiation: Navigate complex negotiations, ensuring financial profitability and client satisfaction.
- KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through cold calling, meetings, opportunity creation, and contract closures.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, productive relationships with key clients and internal teams.
- Market Engagement: Represent Carenet at industry events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 5-7 years of quota-bearing sales experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of new logo sales. This is a hunter role, not a farming position.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, including Payer, Provider, and Health Services verticals.
- Sales Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and contract management platforms.
- Relationship Building: Expertise in building trust, identifying client needs, and growing relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Ability to propose and deliver creative solutions to meet client needs in the healthcare space.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present persuasively and negotiate effectively.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, and other consultative methodologies.
- Motivation: A self-driven, professional, and motivated sales hunter who leads by example.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%, including global travel.
