You’ll be taking inbound calls from our Spanish-speaking customers which means successful candidates can multitask, have customer service experience, and can navigate through multiple computer systems. This is a remote position; you’ll be provided computer equipment and in-depth training.Â
Job opportunitiesÂ
- Bilingual Inbound Sales Representatives share expertise of Progressive products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage through benefits sellingÂ
- Bilingual Customer Service Representatives support customers’ inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions regarding coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews while offering additional productsÂ
- Bilingual Claims Representatives care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy while setting up new claim reports; you’ll also offer customers additional productsÂ
Must-have qualifications Â
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience.
- {OR} A minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Sales only: Property & Casualty license; if you’re not already licensed, you’ll have an opportunity to gain it during training (and must remain compliant with licensing requirements as an employee)Â
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)Â
Training starts:Â August and September 2024
Schedule: Most schedules will include a weekend day and evening hours after completion of training
Work from home office requirementsÂ
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractionsÂ
- High-speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by lawÂ
- Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)Â
- All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protectorÂ
Compensation 
- $20.25 or $21.50 per hour depending on the role you are selected for
- Gainshare bonus up to 8% - 16% (depending on position) of your eligible earnings based on company performanceÂ
- An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hoursÂ
- Performance-based rewardsÂ
- Additional $1.00/hour if you are fluent in English and Spanish and hired into a bilingual roleÂ
