**Remote Role in Louisville**
Position: Medical Customer Service Representative
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay & Full Benefits
Location: Training On-Site in Louisville, Kentucky 40219 (REMOTE after training)
Shift: Mon-Fri Between 8am-8pm
Post Training Schedule: 11:30am-8pm EST.
Equipment: All equipment will be provided by the company, but you must have a quiet workspace as well as high speed internet to hardwire your equipment into your modem/router. Must be able to pick up your equipment in Louisville, KY
Job Details:
- Answer high volume inbound calls.
- Calling to check on the shipment of their medication.
- Data entry.
- Answer general questions and concerns.
Job Requirements:
- ***MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN ON-SITE***
- 1+ Years of call center experience
- Must be commuting distance to Louisville, KY
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
- Must have high speed internet in your home.
