We're hiring associates to assist our Field Operations team for a nationwide parking reservation app. Our Field Operations team is responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless parking experience. They do this by monitoring feedback from customers and working directly with on-site operators to continually improve our parking passes.Â
This position is onsite and open to those who reside in Guatemala. This can be a work from home position after 30 days of employment if you meet the work at home guidelines. Work at home opportunities are granted based on performance/attendance and business needs.  You must have a distraction free environment, childcare for anyone 4 years of age and younger and an internet connection (not wifi). Work at home opportunities are not guaranteed.Â
Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of customer service or customer support experience required
- 3 months to 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Technical savvy (able to toggle between multiple browsers & systems using dual monitors)
- Quick learner and able to work independently
- Positive attitude
- Type 25-35 words per minute accurately
- 18 years of age, a background check applicable with local laws is required
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English (Must be @ a level C1 or above)
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll take the lead in addressing questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple communication channels such as phone, email and/or chat
- Collect and update facility details from online resources (height restrictions, online rates)
- Aggregate and share operator reviews
- Identify actionable “parking pass errors”Â
- Prospect for disruptive “market events” (festivals, marathons, protests), potentially outline facilities that may be affected by street closure
- Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Effectively communicate with patience and understanding
- Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
- Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
- Flexibility to cross train as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned*

- Shift: 9:00a-5:00p (CST/US) ; Work Days - M-F
- Paid Training - typically 2 days in length from 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri (CST/US)
- Status - Full Time ; 40 hours
- Lucrative monthly bonus opportunity (performance bonus + parking bonus + sign on bonus)
