Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for talented and enthusiastic people to join our team as a Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively promoting our diverse range of client products.
In this role you will:
- Represent Results-CX and our client on a top level providing and drive growth through high volume outbound calling and emailing existing customers leads.
- Effectively promote diverse range of client products.
- Achieve great customer satisfaction, focusing on clients’ needs, offering the best possible solution.
- Actively and creatively contribute to the whole support process, thus providing the best services and products for our clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks through proactive outreach and efficient conversion of leads.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Very good level of English – at least C1 – C2 level.
- A minimum experience in a sales capacity or a similar role is essential.
- Great communication skills.
- Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach.
- Well-developed customer orientation skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
