What you’ll do
As a Partner Sales Associate – ASEAN, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through our strategic partner ecosystem across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. You will work closely with partners such as system integrators, technology providers, and consulting firms to generate new business opportunities through a co-sell motion. This role requires deep knowledge of the ASEAN banking and fintech landscape, strong consultative selling skills, and experience in collaborative sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive partner-sourced revenue by enabling partners to sell and deliver solutions with our platform.
- Lead co-selling initiatives, working alongside partners to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the region.
- Develop and manage partnerships with banking and fintech-focused technology providers, system integrators, and consulting firms across ASEAN.
- Create joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners, aligning sales, marketing, and enablement efforts to drive pipeline growth in key ASEAN markets.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure partner performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and company objectives.
- Enable partners with sales and technical knowledge, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to successfully position and sell our solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize partner engagement and success.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
- Advocate for partners internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into our product and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay informed on banking and fintech industry trends across ASEAN to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop localized strategies that cater to the unique regulatory, business, and cultural landscapes of each ASEAN market.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, with a focus on the ASEAN banking and fintech markets.
- Proven track record in consultative selling, with experience selling complex SaaS or cloud-based solutions across multiple ASEAN countries.
- Demonstrated success in co-selling with partners, managing joint sales cycles, and closing partner-led deals.
- Strong understanding of core banking, payments, lending, digital banking, or fintech infrastructure solutions within ASEAN.
- Experience working with system integrators, technology providers, and fintech consultancies in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
- Ability to build and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth across diverse ASEAN markets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience handling multi-country agreements.
- Deep knowledge of regional regulatory environments, banking ecosystems, and fintech trends across ASEAN.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.) are a strong advantage.
- Ability to work across geographies and cultures, understanding the business nuances of each ASEAN market.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and capturing new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across ASEAN.
