What you’ll do
To continue our success story, we are looking for a Partner Manager to join our company and support Mambu further growth by developing and nurturing strategic relations with all Mambu partners. If you're excited by the prospect of working with innovative banking and Financial institutions around the world, help us further disrupt the industry and serve them with a fresh new technology platform, Mambu is where you need to be. - Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with consulting partners, system integrators, cloud service providers and technology partners in order to drive new pipeline and revenues
- Coordinating all company activities with the partners including contracting / agreements, training, marketing, demand generation, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements
- Building joint go-to-market campaigns and co-sell motions with priority partners to deepen relationship and improve commercial outcomes (i.e,. new revenue)
- Aligning partners in the region to the global partner office initiatives and Partner programs
- Championing the effective business alignment of the Partner’s and Mambu’s commercial offering to become a key part of the partner's go to market plan and revenue targets
- Ensuring partners are active and deliver consistent pipeline generation and drive effective revenue growth
- Working closely with partners and clients to negotiate and close deals - this role will have a revenue quota attached
- Help the partner succeed with Mambu - both in commercial pursuits and serve as a doorway into Mambu, bringing our experts to the table, on any matters where they are engaged in a client deployment and help is needed
What you’ll bring
- Extensive experience in Sales Related Partner/Alliances management and/or business development
- Ability to build go-to-market and / or business plans with partners to align with Mambu’s mid-to-long term ambitions
- Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Curiosity and excitement about innovation in Financial Services and Technology
- Experience in account/business Sales management, selling to C-Level, Technical Levels, and Key decision-maker executives
- Ability to demonstrate business value to C-level executives and negotiate complex commercial terms
- Ability to explain the benefits of working with partners to internal teams (sales, pre sales, post sales: delivery, and development teams)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Honesty and integrity: Not cutting corners with regards to work ethics. Earning trust and maintaining confidence. Doing what is right.
- Proactivity and self-motivation: Acting without being told what to do, and bringing new ideas to the team
- Bachelor's Degree minimum requirement, Master’s Degree desirable
- This role may require national travel; occasional international travel may be required
