Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas ... - Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing duties
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Experience in custodial or housekeeping management is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to different environments and follow specific instructions
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning standards is an advantage
