We serve individuals who need higher levels of assisted living and we are specifically designed to provide around-the-clock continuous care for residents ... The community seeks to hire a Concierge/Receptionists to manage front desk phones and interact with clients and customers via phone and in person.
Schedule:
Part-Time, every other weekend and Monday
Minimum qualifications:
• High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior and appearance
• Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaboration
• Prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
• Deal with emergencies calmly and effectively
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position and basic computer skills
