Robert Half currently has a long-term contract / temporary to hire opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing Education - University company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the St. Louis Park, Minnesota region. Are you a skilled professional who can balance multiple tasks ... at the same time? Then this Receptionist position is the opportunity for you.
Major Responsibilities
• Sitting at the front desk of Dental Clinic.
• Answering incoming calls.
• Checking in patients for appointments and scheduling appointment.
• Documenting student immunizations and supporting the dental team as needed
• Relay messages and information to appropriate personnel.
• Handle inquiries and provide information or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Punctuality and reliability.
