Twin Cities Eye Consultants is looking for full time Front Desk Receptionist to help support our growth in our South Division (Edina Eye Physicians & Surgeons).
We continue to be one of the leading Ophthalmology groups in the metro area since 1964 and would love for you to be a part of our tradition of providing excellent patient care.

The right candidate is customer service orientated, energetic and a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced clinical atmosphere. This position may cover multiple practices as needed, so flexibility throughout our practices in the SW metro is essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Check-in and check-out patients for appointments
• Verify insurance and demographic information at each visit
• Collect co-pay payments and patient balances
• Copy insurance cards and any other needed information
• Describe policies and procedures to new and established patients
• Manage multiple phone lines and use general office equipment
• Answer phones, take and relay messages, and assist in monitoring the recall system
• Schedule patient appointments via phone and reschedule return visits upon checkout
• Call patients when there is a schedule change
