What We Offer Our Truck Drivers:
• We Pay 30% of Gross OR $0.70 Per Mile - Your Choice
• Our OTR Flatbed Drivers AVERAGE $2,000 - $2,600 Per Week
• Home Time Minimum: 2 Weeks OTR and 2 Days Home (1 Day Home Per 1 Week Out)
• We Pay Detention Pay & Layover/Breakdown Pay
• Weekly Settlements are on Thursdays with Direct Deposit

Truck Driver Bonuses:
• Level 1 - $350
• Level 2 - $250
• Level 3 - $150

Orientation:
• 1 Day Orientation: Scheduled between Monday - Thursday

Job Requirements:
Truck Driver Requirements:
• 23 years of age or older
• 2 years of verifiable semi-truck driving experience
• Must possess a current Class A CDL
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No major/serious violations in the last 5 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over the speed limit, reckless/careless driving, Driving Under the Influence (DUI, DWI), etc.
• No drug or alcohol offenses in the last 3 years
• Meet DOT requirements and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen tests, both of which are paid for by the company
• Perform PTI and report equipment malfunction on time
• Manage your time properly to ensure on time picks and deliveries
