Details:
• Pay range: $20-$23/hr depending on experience level
• Schedule: Part time hours - You decide your schedule with the following ... • Part time hours - about 20 hours per week
• Can work any number of days but aiming for someone who can work Tuesday-Thursday
• Aiming to work the core hours of 9am-3pm if possible
• Location: In-office 100% in Minneapolis
• Duration: Contract role (ongoing) with strong potential that the role could become temp to hire on permanent. This is a new role for the team and they foresee it being needed long term.
Job Duties:
• Assist with Catalog proofing (correct errors and add to online catalog).
• Maintain the company customer database and make updates on accounts and things change.
• Assist with organizing, packing and shipping products for tradeshows.
• Assist with sending out weekly sales representative communications.
• Assist with sales administration projects.
• Maintain inventory to fulfil the needs of sales, operations, and customer service.
• Maintain organization of office stockroom, product showroom and conference room.
• Take detailed notes in sales meetings.
• Assist the Director of Sales Administration with misc. projects.
Requirements:
• Must be ok with dogs as the owner bring her dogs (1-2) in to the office here and there.
• Strong eye for detail and excellent proofreading skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with the SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of Brandwise and/or MarketTime is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
