This is a contract role covering for Maternity Leave. Could potentially be long term in another area of administration.
Must work Tues-Thurs 9am-4pm in office-located in MN 55402. Must be able to commute to MN 55402 Tuesday thru Thursday ... Ideal Candidate Experience:
• Warm, friendly/pleasant/welcoming/professional as they are the greeting staff and delivery companies as they first come in
• This is a new office, and the staff is working to get settled. As a result, there are various tasks and projects that would need tending to- someone that is detail oriented and would take the initiative to engage in tasks is needed.
• Assist on visitor day badges.
• General information - provide direction on where to find places to eat.
• Help visitors with luggage storage and logistic.
• General Office Tasks
• Order, restock, and organize office supplies.
• Order, restock, and organize customer samples (Sales team will assist)
• Ensure Cafe is ready for Town Halls (TV’s, IT, Sound)
• Ensure conference rooms are working (Crestron, TV’s, Booking system) and if not submit a ticket
• Misc tasks will be:
• Pens & Paper, batteries, shipping supplies, etc.
• Printer maintenance –> ensure ink & paper are fully stocked and printer is ready to print for customer meetings.
• Supplies to keep the Office running Unload deliveries & restock fridge with beverages.
• Set up beverages & snacks for Guests.
• Restock supplies - Coffee, Tea, and other. Samples in Guest sample room
