Job Description
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
U.S. Bancorp is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to handle duties within the litigation area of its in-house legal team. We are looking for an individual who can work independently but collaboratively in a fast-paced and collegial team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support for a large team of litigation and legal process professionals

Process daily mail for legal process

Maintain and work with litigation database

Request legal settlement checks and submit wire transfers

Manage legal invoices
-
Coordinate travel and manage expense reimbursement

Manage calendars

Review and draft correspondence for highly confidential litigation matters

Work on quarterly litigation reporting process
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Preferred Skills/Experience

Candidate must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and provide support services under minimal supervision.

Must have a demonstrated ability to interface effectively within all levels of the organization.

Must display excellent follow-through on projects that require monitoring and follow-up until completion.

Must be a team player, prioritize well, meet deadlines and handle multiple high-priority tasks concurrently.

Must exercise judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers to handle independently a wide variety of situations and conflicts that are non-routine.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 products.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $23.46 - $31.25 - $34.38
