Summary Description:
The W Minneapolis - The Foshay, a Marriott property located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is currently hiring a Banquet Server. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing coffee breaks, carts, and stations with the appropriate food and beverages as stated in the Banquet Event Order. You will also be responsible for preparing tables, action stations, buffets, service ... carts, dessert table/carts, and cordial carts. Additionally, you will communicate special requests, dietary needs, and allergies to the kitchen, ensure courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed, and respond to and fulfill any special event arrangements. This position requires maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas, as well as bussing tables by removing and separating tableware, plateware, glassware, and flatware.
