We are looking for FUN, ENERGETIC, OUTGOING BANQUET SERVERS to interact with our visiting guests. We want an excellent experience for all our valued clientele! Servers must be well groomed and tidy, in addition to an wearing a SMILE at all times. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our ... clientele!! WE PAY WEEKLY AND HAVE SEVERAL EVENTS FOR HOURS! PART TIME SHIFTS ARE PERFECT FOR HIGH SCHOOL / COLLEGE STUDENTS!!
Responsibilities
Assist with table and dining hall prep before the service
Assist with food preparation before and during service
Ensure safe food handling guidelines are followed by self and team members
Deliver food from the kitchen and/or prep area in a timely manner
Serve appetizers and plated dinners to guests
Refill water glasses
Take customer questions and/or requests, assist in a timely and satisfactory manner
Assist with post-service clean up, inventory, food storage, and tear down
Work as a member of a team, communicate with team members/supervisors to ensure efficient work ethic and overall guest satisfaction
Skills
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
High school diploma or equivalent; (or working on getting one)
UNIFORM:
Black Oxford shirt and long black tie
Black Slacks
Black non-skid shoes.
