• Perform set-up, clean-up and closing duties, as assigned by manager
• Familiarize oneself with all selections on menu
• Greet, seat and take drink and appetizer orders
• Present menus, take main course orders, and enter orders correctly in POS system
• Ensure that customer dishes are correct and satisfactory
• Suggest and serve dessert, coffee and/or after-dinner drinks
• Take necessary steps to ensure a satisfactory customer experience
• Handle payment as prescribed by standard operating procedures
• Work in collaboration with other servers and staff
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Experience in food and beverage industry is preferred
• Ability to fulfill assigned tasks quickly and efficiently
• Calm, professional demeanor
• Ability to correctly enter food/drink orders into computer order system
• Must be at least 19 years old
JOB TYPE: PART-TIME
Pay: $13.50 plus tip pool
SCHEDULE10-29 hours per week
