Banquet Server
Job Description ... We are looking for energetic and attentive Banquet Servers to join our team for on-demand roles at a variety of upscale events and functions.
This position is ideal for individuals who excel in providing exceptional guest service in a dynamic, high-volume banquet setting.
Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :
• Set up for events by putting out tablecloths, setting up buffet stations, arranging table placement, and setting up a beverage service station.
• Serve plated dinners to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers, and other needs.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event space during and after events, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest queries and offer solutions with a positive attitude.
• Assist in event breakdown and cleanup procedures.
Requirements :
• Previous experience as a server, particularly in banquet or event settings, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and move throughout the duration of shifts.
