Responsibilities
• Process order requests
• Coordinate delivery of products and services accurately and timely as defined in established policies, procedures and directives
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, peers, and managers relating to issues, progress, status and solution
• Responsible for answering, prompt replies, forwarding of calls and messages.
• Enter schedules into order system for coordination with manufacturing team
• Inform customers of material availability
• Maintain accurate pricing records, lists and databases
• Maintain CRM system and customer database with information for both new and existing customers
• Inform customers of shipping and delivery dates
• Assist customers with resolution of simple inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Customer Service
