SUMMARY: Fulfillment of B2B and B2C orders. Accurately hand selects items as directed by radio frequency scanning (RF) device. Items are pulled from various stocking locations, consolidated into order and packed accordingly. The position consists of a considerable amount of walking, standing, bending, and reaching for product. Cross-trained in material handler duties including receipt of goods ... and loading and unloading of product.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilizing a RF scanner device picking items sequentially to cart/carton for consumer or retail channel
• Following all customer compliance requirements
• Validating pack lists and labels to ensure accuracy and packing customer orders
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintain good housekeeping by keeping all areas clean
• Meeting the department productivity standards
• Complete training of all order functions
• Be able to safely handle box cutter (utility knives)
• Replenishment of items utilizing RF scanner directed to their respective locations
• Utilizing warehouse management system and RF scanning devices to receive and
designate locations
• Item maintenance including product re-organization
• Occasionally assist in product onboarding and merchandising functions
PHYSICAL DEMANDS -This position requires extensive walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 40lbs).
