Handles incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail. Monitors client waiting area to ensure ... cleanliness. Documents and maintains client information, service data and other pertinent information within practice management software, including meeting certain metrics.
Escalates complex matters to senior staff. Must be able to learn and advance with software skills. This position requires a friendly and happy individual that loves working with people.
Veterinary experience preferred but not required. This is position can either be full time or parttime
