We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant with great customer service and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
You will:
• Manage overall office maintenance including upkeep of cleanliness, organization, and stock of supplies.
• Greet clients and visitors to the office, ensuring all visitor information is accurate and properly communicated.
• Manage calendars and scheduling and assist with planning events, board meetings, ensuring maintenance of
all conference rooms.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, luncheons, and training sessions.
• Order equipment, office supplies, and consumables as needed.
• Oversee all incoming packages/mail; assist with facilities operations (may include light shipping with FedEx
and UPS).
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls/messages to the appropriate parties.
• Interface with vendors such as any building maintenance and request quotes from alternate vendors as
needed.
• Maintain office equipment, including scanner, copier, fax machine, and postage meter.
• Support other departments and assist with projects as requested.
• Hours: 11am-3pm Monday - Friday
You have:
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative position required.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Visio, & PowerPoint a plus.
• Tactful, adaptable, coachable.
• Ability to self-manage projects and prioritize and organize many diverse tasks; Detail-oriented and organized.
• Maintain confidentiality at times.
• Must be able to collaborate and work in a team environment.
