The assistant will assist in the many logistics of event planning, including booking travel and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Include:
• Manage client's database
• Draft and edit correspondence to attendees
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and book travel for internal and external parties
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Previous administrative experience ideally in non-profit setting
• Proficiency in MS Office, database management skills a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
