Machine Operator & Packaging Technician

Key Responsibilities:
• Machine Operation: Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures, ensuring the safe and efficient production of goods.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading raw materials into the machinery and unloading finished products from the production line, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Palletizing: Properly palletize finished products for storage and shipment, following established guidelines for stacking and organizing.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications, identifying and addressing any issues or defects as they arise.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in machine operation and packaging is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Work Schedule:
• 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, including alternating weekends
