Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer support, including handling emails, and chat interactions.
• Proficiency in working with CRM systems, G-suite, and Microsoft Office tools to efficiently manage customer interactions and inquiries.
• Background in online gaming is a must, allowing you to understand the specific needs and concerns of our gaming customers.
• Ability to maintain a backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted availability for customer support duties.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Availability to work full-time during the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our ... brands, providing outstanding service to our valued players. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Assessing and understanding the needs of customers, promptly responding to their inquiries via email and chat.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives and following up to ensure their satisfaction.
• Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate authority when necessary.
• Going the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience while using our platform.
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to optimize customer support processes and continuously improve service quality.
• Keeping up to date with the latest product and service information to provide accurate and helpful assistance to customers.
• Performing any other functions or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor to contribute to the overall success of the customer support team.
