RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for Warehouse Worker - Picker Packer in Skaneateles, NY for 1 year contract position with $22/hr pay who will be responsible for recording, scanning, and keying of work orders to ensure that materials are properly tracked during the production process. Details:
• Work hours: 7:00am EST – 3:30pm EST or 7:30am EST - 4:00pm EST
• Workdays: 1st shift Mon-Friday
• Temp to perm for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
• Picker Packer role
• Records/scans/keys work orders to ensure that materials can be properly tracked during the production process.
• May perform additional production/warehousing duties as assigned.
• Follows simplified or highly patterned processes.
• Job-related interaction primarily with peers and supervisor
• Errors have limited impact (Field and Mfg)
• Interaction with internal / external customers
• Sets up, monitors and operates various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements (Mfg.)
• May operate multiple machines simultaneously (Mfg).
• May perform quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements.
Qualifications:
• Good mechanical aptitude, including developing skills in use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Solid office or technical knowledge and skills, acquired through prior training and/or experience.
• Ability to handle packaging of materials within the facility.
• Ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (Mfg)
• Work requires some organization of predetermined principles.
• Requires some problem recognition and solution selection among predetermined alternatives.
