Salary Range: $ 12.91 - $16.79
Position Summary ... The Warehouse Pick-Pack helps team meet warehouse, quality, and service delivery goals. This person is responsible for meeting or exceeding customer expectations through coordination, warehouse processes, organization and quality processes.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
• Works with the team completing work assignments congruent with operations schedules and communicated goals for shift
• Accurately picks material according to orders using Honey-Well RF scanners, forklifts and pallet jacks
• Inspects product for defects and identifies root-causes and corrective actions to maintain quality standards
• Positions and secures completed pieces in correct packaging, recording the process via photos and inspection forms
• Works with department to ensure all processes, equipment, safety, and housekeeping of the areas, meeting quality standards throughout the shift
• Performs other related duties as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or Lead
Qualifications, Skills And Education
Required Qualification:
• Forklift Experience
• Detail Oriented
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of warehouse experience
Working Conditions:
• Non-temperature controlled environment
• Work overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged standing/walking
• Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs
