• They obtain and verify appropriate personal, demographic and financial information for the purpose of ensuring quality patient care and reimbursement for all billable services over the phone/during check-in, and manage patient forms.
• They are reliable, have no problems with attendance/tardiness, and bring enthusiasm to the work environment.
