Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing sales transactions, and promoting our products/services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Promote sales and special promotions to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
