The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
CNP Team Services Management Team
This team will keep you busy and you will start to contribute right away. We are a small but mighty team that is responsible for reporting on our Enterprise Services (Zoom, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Audio and Video Teleconferencing) to name a few. We also manage all of our Knowledge Based Articles. You will report to the Sr. Manager and will work directly with his direct reports as well as members of the other Services.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Reporting against the services that we own.
• Zoom Administrative console
• PowerBI to pull data from our O365 Tenant
• Help manage the CNP teams Knowledge Based Articles
• Use Service Now reporting to manage our KB’s
• This role helps management understand how our services are being consumed by our customers.
• Keep our KB’s current and or retire them. This helps our customers help themselves and helps the Service Desk fix issues that our customer cannot fix themselves.
• Your daily, weekly and monthly routine will consist of the following tasks:
• Weekly and monthly reporting on our services
• Daily KB management
• Use of PowerBI for reporting
• Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
Required Qualifications:
• Office 365 experience (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Self starter that can work independently or on a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Service Now experience
• Data analysis experience a plus
Education:
Candidates must be currently pursuing a college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A minimum 3.2 GPA is required. Please submit a copy of your academic transcripts with your application.
Work Authorization Required:
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
