Starting Pay - $18.00, per hour + uncapped sales & repair incentive potential

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
• 6+ months of experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with 1+ years of driving experience
• Ability to travel a radius of up to 100 miles (store to store)

What you will be doing:
• Be the face of Asurion and deliver award-winning, personalized customer experiences
• Safely travel in a personal vehicle to locations throughout a designated market (daily)
• Perform repairs for all devices efficiently
• Enhance customer experience with our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method, helping bring the Asurion Connected Home product to all customers (selling on every transaction)
• Achieve sales goals
• Handle work orders and manage inventory
• Oversee buybacks and product returns
• Learn and provide best practices between stores
• Share feedback for store improvements
