Position responsibilities include:
~Working with venue sales manager in all areas of client contact, event production and management ... This is includes:
~Developing proposals that include food, beverage, design and event services
~The liaison between the sales manager and the client
~Schedule and attend client meetings and site inspections as directed by sales manager
~Creating floor plans
~Scheduling all client meetings, tastings and tours
~Obtaining vendor quotes
~Confirming vendor orders
~Reconciling vendor invoices for payment
~Work with all internal departments to communicate event details and maintain process flow
~Communicate with the entire sales team and venue management team and contribute through active participation in the overall goals and objectives of the team. Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends.

The pay structure will be $38,000-$40,000, which includes commissions.
