As an Administrative Assistant you will:
• Provide administrative assistance to employees or groups in the organization.
• Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.
• Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email.
• Maintain files, records, calendars, and diaries. May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses.
• Acts as a liaison with payroll and assists with completion of HR forms.
• Plan and oversee special events, programs, conferences, and symposiums. May work with outside vendors.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
