Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information ... - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and all public spaces
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform Front desk duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., property management software)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
