Must have: -Willingness and ability to stand on their feet for 8 hour shifts. -Ability to work to the quota expectations ( these are very reasonable and they give the employees a month of training before they start measuring quota. -must be safety conscious and must have good attendance record from previous employer. -prefer to see manufacturing or distribution experience but this is not a requirement. -prefer to see sewing or alterations experience -HS or GED a plus
