Digital Video Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our FP&A team. This Finance Leader will be a trusted finance advisor working closely with various stakeholders including Accounting, Finance, and Financial system teams to solve complex problems. This role will oversee financial planning and reporting processes, and will shape the strategy for how we plan and analyze the financials for our services. The successful candidate will work across teams and manage reporting, in-year forecasting, and variance analysis. This role also has interaction with VP level business leaders and VP level finance leaders across Amazon and therefore requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role presents long-term opportunities to grow in other parts of both Digital Video and the global Finance team. Primary responsibilities include:
Key job responsibilities
• Manage business and financial reviews with senior leadership
• Drive in-year planning exercises
• Driving in-depth analysis to understand financial trends
• Managing reporting processes on financial and operational performance metrics including coordinating inputs from multiple finance teams
• Automation of recurring reporting

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
Preferred Qualifications
• 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• MBA, or CPA
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
