Material Registrar/Handler
Company Profile ... A logistics and engineering company which specializes in providing technical and logistical services, with emphasis in the Semiconductor sector, managing our clients’ highly sensitive and precision manufacturing equipment.
Introduction:
As a Material Registrar/Handler you will ensure timely delivery material to the correct location. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. Facilitates the receipt, verification, computer transaction and physical movement of all incoming manufactured inventory and non-inventory items. Transports material to other facilities as required.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily operations
-
Generate daily parts and tools list from SAP.

Liaise with asml engineers and asml logistic to maintain parts and tools KPI.

Locating parts and tools in cleanroom/subfab before returning to warehouse.

Liaise with customer to raise gate pass for the parts and tools.
-
Schedule with CRC/DHL for pick up.
-
Maintain asml storage area in cleanroom and vendor room.

Operates material handling equipment, i.e., forklift, pallet jack.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Problem solving skills and troubleshooting.

Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements.
-
Occasionally required to move around the campus.

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Skills & Competencies:

Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Read and interpret data, information, and documents.

For unused parts and tools, logistic helper can help to do confirmation upon engineers’ feedback.

Logistic coordinator to consolidate and feedback if no engineer update.

Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.

Excellent customer service skills, with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.

Generate daily parts and tools list from SAP

Generate to check if parts/tools in fab is less than 7 or 14 days.

Logistic helper can request ASML engineer for help if too many items to return or faced with any difficulties on gate pass or confirmation.
Education & Experience:
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
-
Requires zero to 2 years' experience.

Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents in English.
